You'll be lying down, fully supported, and gently guided the entire time. Private Individual Integration Session – This session is designed to help you process and integrate the emotions, insights, and sensations that emerged during your somatic or 9D Breathwork experience. After a powerful breathwork session, it’s essential to ground and make sense of what surfaced. Through guided reflection, somatic processing, and personalized support, this integration session allows you to fully absorb and embody the healing, clarity, and ongoing transformation. This short but powerful guided breathwork session is designed to gently regulate your nervous system, calm mental chatter, and bring you back into alignment—body, mind, and breath. Using the Soma+IQ method, I will gently guide you through a 30-minute experience blending rhythmic breathing patterns, intention setting, and music to: Reduce stress and overwhelm Regulate the nervous system Enhance focus, clarity, and calm Support emotional balance and grounded presence Perfect for a mid-week reset, pre-meeting recharge, or anytime you need to come back to yourself.
